Now we notice this screw right here is coming out way too easy. That means that the hole the screw goes into is kind of wallowed out and I'll show you how to deal with that when we put the chair back together. Now we have the screws out. As you can see, this seat is set in a slight slot right here, so what we want to do is tap the back a little bit and then come to the front and tap upward. And there's our seat. Sometimes the seat is going to be cracked. This seat had some boards screwed onto it to keep it together, I took those off since we are going to re-glue it. This seat has already been re-glued but I want to show you with this seat how to re-glue the seat.
