For expertvillage.com this is Mitch Kaplan. In this clip we will be talking about the different types of saxophones. There are several different types; there is the soprano, very short, straight or could be curved like this or you can have an alto saxophone, which is E flat. Then there is the tenor saxophone, the middle of the family, which is this one I am about to play. Then you have the baritone saxophone, which is an E flat instrument and then you have the contrabass saxophone, which is over six feet tall and it is in the key of B flat. This is the tenor saxophone.
