DR. SUSAN JEWELL: Hello there. My name is Dr. Susan Jewell and on behalf of Expert Village today, I want to thank you for joining me in this series of clips about how to recognize fatigue and how reduce the symptoms of fatigue. Now, what we've talked about in this series of clips is what causes fatigue and as I have mentioned, there are many different ways that you can induce fatigue. Sometimes it's just because of your lifestyle, whether it's sedentary lifestyle or the mental mode that you're in, if you have depression, you have lethargy, apathy, or you're amotivational which can also bring on the onset of fatigue. Other situations could be medically related through medical conditions or so from drugs that you take. So, there are many ways to cause fatigue but there are also lots of different ways that you could try to address fatigue and alleviate the symptoms or at least to reduce the frequency and also the onset of fatigue.
