Ok, were back with Expert Village and we are going to start on our couscous salad. Now couscous is just a semolina pasta. You can see how fine the texture really is there. And I love couscous because it took me forever to master doing rice. I keep burning it or it was under cooked. Couscous is even easier than rice. So I have got a cup of water. I just fill that to the one cup mark. Put it in this sauce pan and got it to a boiling point. Going to add a little bit of butter to that. Let that melt in there. A little bit of salt. Wait until the butter is all melted. And then I am going to pour one cup in mix it together. Turn the heat off. So this is where I love making couscous. Because it's impossible to burn it. Just mis it up cover it walk away five minutes thats all you need and you couscous is done. Were going to fluff it with a fork and that's going to be ready to combine in a salad.
