Well it's a bit chilly out today but standing here next to this hot grill preheated to medium high heat it's not quite so bad. So that, preheated scraped any remainders from the last food that we did right off it. We have got our grill vegetables; our not yet grilled vegetables about to be all nice and cut up there. But before we place them on the grill you will remember I was saying we need some olive oil. So that they don't stick. So just brush it. And place on the grill. Brush and place it. Have to be bit ambidextrous to do it the way I am doing it like this. You could have actually put the olive oil an all of them first inside if you so choose. And some peppers. You might get a bit of smoke from the oil that's pretty normal. I will try to do it as quickly as possible I am not going as fast as I would like to. Just because you don't want to loose the heat of the grill. Okay, and those last zucchinis going on. May have to do it in a couple batches. To get it all done. Brush with the olive oil every piece. Okay, maybe one more. I am going to close them, the grill and I am going to take a look in about, some of these are pretty thin, they are cooking already so in about maybe five minutes.
