"ALLYN CHRISTOPHER: Okay. Now, it's time to put the wheel in place. Okay. So once you get the new one and, again, it's all assembled, we are going to use a couple of parts from the old one. It's going to be this metal piece here, and actually the two screws themselves. Now, the ones we discarded, because it becomes new, are these tiny, little brass lock washers here. Those usually disintegrate, one of the first things to go. So all we're going to do to make sure we've got everything in place is just to put the happy little brass washer in there. Look at that. You like that, don't you? Okay. Here we go--and setting 'em in place. Now, this assembles--this assembly is ready to go. Just a word about this, this shield over here is double-notched and it's done that way because if it's in this position, it goes on one wheel and if it's in this position, it goes on the other. So you want to just keep that in mind. If you buy this new, you actually knock out the one--excuse me--by itself new, just--if you need to replace this, you'll knock out the one that you need, all right. So we're going to use this one to put on the side wheel over here and it's going to simply go in this place. Now, this maneuver is a bit tricky, and I hope that you can see this here, but we're going to take the original hex slots, and we're going to seat them deep inside of the plastic. Now, it has a hex nut shaped-hole for it to go in, if you will, but you gotta sorta drop it in there, sort of shake it. Oh, look at that. It's beautiful. And a little shake. Shake one in, one out, all right. Now, we got both of them in there. Now, you gotta sorta jam your fingers in, set the wheel in place. Okay. And, again, set perfectly because I've got that over there. Grab this, keep it balanced, don't breathe. Now breathe. No, just kidding. It happens all the time. Just go ahead and set it back in there, and we'll go with another little technique here. You gotta do what works, right? Let's see if we can get it in, and ah, look at that. It's beautiful, huh? And reach over for your machine--oh! It helps to do Pilates before you do this. Double-checking, that it's set on its lower torque setting and, one and, beautiful. And now, we've got a newly assembled wheel."
