"ALLYN CHRISTOPHER: Okay, now it's completely taken apart. We've got our equipment organized. Now we're going to start the rebuild process. The first thing here and here's the instructions, feel free to use them, and the big thing on the back is hanging onto the warranty because you're replacing all main moving systems. They do stand by with a warranty which is nice. Nice! Okay, the thrust jet. Just for comparison, old and new. Now, there's not a lot that can happen to this other than getting clogged or cracked, so it's nice if that they put that new one in there. Again, just a new bright piece over here and like we've talked about in the beginning, yeah, there's a complete difference in the O-rings here, all right? So what we're going to do is just seat the O-ring inside. Now we've got a little area here and you can kind of see that it's beveled and that's were it sits in so that the ball can [INDISCERNIBLE] properly, so I'm just going to place it in here. What you want to do is lubricate this with a silicone or Teflon based lubricant just to get it moist right around the edge, all right? That'll keep it from cracking and warping like the other one does. This part--and the ball end goes right down in there and it just fits. This is a little tricky. Well, it's not tricky. It's just that it goes flat side against. Now looks like it would go on the beveled side so that would accommodate the ball but that is actually not correct. So, all we're going to do here is seat it in place and set in our two little set screws. Now this is the biggest thing. I'm going to use a regular screw driver for this one. Do not overtighten your screws and if you're going to use the drill like I will for other ones here, makes sure that it's on it's very, very, very, very lowest setting, all right?. You do not want to break it, 'cause if you strip the brass inserts in this then the frame is dead, you bought the kit, and you're going to have to buy a new cleaner. So there it is, nice and snug, just finger-tight. Look at that. It's a beautiful thing--your thrust jet."
