HARMONIE KRIEGER: So now, we're going to work with masks. Now, every female knows that masks are a great way to exfoliate, there are antioxidants in it. You should do a mask, I say once every two weeks but a lot of people do it once a week and some people do it once a month. It's really whatever you feel that you need to do a mask. I'm going to show you a food mask first and avocado is the best food that you can use for a mask because it has rich antioxidants, they're going to be great for your skin. So, take an avocado and you're going to cut up little pieces. You're going to put it in a bowl, and you just going to smash the avocado up so just make sure it's really into, like, very small pieces. You can smash it with anything. And then you're going to take some milk. You're going to take a little bit of milk. You're going to pour it into the bowl on top of the avocado, just a tiny bit. And the key ingredient to this is yogurt. So, you're going to take, I mean, this is a vanilla yogurt so you're not going to take vanilla but you're going to take a very plain yogurt, a natural yogurt. And you're going to take about 2 teaspoons and you're going to mix it all around. And you're going to mash it up because what this is going to do is going to create a smooth mask instead of putting just food all over your face which nobody wants to feel. So, after that, you're going to chop it up and you're basically just going to put the avocado all over your face. Now, the most important part of the mask is going to be underneath your eyes and around your nose because that's where all the oil and the dirt builds up. Now, if you notice, you have--probably, if you go like this, you have a little black--a couple of blackheads. That's from the oil buildup around your nose. That means you're not cleaning those areas as much as you should be. So, if you do the avocado mask, I would do it once every two weeks because the antioxidants are going to be rich and they're going to make your skin feel fabulous, and nobody is going to know that you had avocado on your face. So, if you don't want to buy a mask in the store and you want to go for a more healthy natural feel, try the avocado mask.
