Communal Style Eating With Chopsticks

This is Peter and Mr. Jie Zhang and we are glad to be here to talk about the chopsticks and for expertvillage.com. My parents told me at my early age, it is better if you just pick up the food closer, not pickup the food over your side, the other side this is polite and also not rest on the dishes, just pick what you want, just pick yourself the part of closer yourselves. So when you have picked up your food it is better, not big mouths, little bit and this way. Okay, next I will show you when you finished your food and it is better you put your chopsticks on the plate. Yeah, this is to show you are good breeding, its polite and also looks tidy on the table. This kind of chopsticks we do not… this is one time use, we do not use it again, yeah for the health it is not good. So when they finish it just it is okay. And we come from Chinese restaurant, Mandarin Wok in Fontana.
