Come into the corner through the back stick your needle into that little corner pocket and then come back down. Start pulling your pins out at this point because it's pretty secure and you're just going to keep coming around. When you are stitching by hand you just want to make sure go in the back and you see this little folds you want to make sure you actually stitch these together just put a couple of stitches in. Just to make sure that they stay secure and then you can go back and continue working on the front. This will make sure that the buttonholes won't go anywhere. Once you have stitched all the way around you just want to come back to the end corner which is actually your starting point and put a couple of stitches in there. Make sure it's nice and secure and you're just going to go ahead and tie it off in the back. Once you have tied it off you can trim away any access fabric just like you did in the machine stitching, trim away any extra and then you have a fabulous bound buttonhole sewing by hand.
