To release tension in the neck, and the spine and the shoulders, we're going to have Emily do some neck pose for us. So she's sitting in Sukhasana, sitting on the blanket, lifting the hips up just a little bit so the knees can gently relax down. We're going to have her hands on the knees, or if you like you can bring them into chin mode drop whatever is best for you. Now close your eyes, take a nice deep inhale. As you exhale, drop your chin to the chest, inhaling head up, exhaling over to the right. Inhaling head up, very gentle, exhaling over to the left, slow gentle moves. Inhaling up, exhale your head back, don't press, just that the way the head do its work. Inhale head up. This time exhale drop the chin to the chest. And take one complete head roll to the right, slow, fluid movement, all the way over, beautiful. Relax those neck muscles, relax those shoulders. When you come back to the forward, take one complete head roll to the left, gentle, slow, relax and when you come completely forward, inhale up, nice straight spine, nice straight neck.
