A wonderful way to start your prenatal yoga session is to start in a nice Cobbler Focus position. Now, this is Emily. She's about twenty four months along. I've got her sitting on a blanket. It helps lift up the hips, relaxing the knees, a little bit closer down to the mat. Now we're going to have Emily, close your eyes gently, we're going to let her come to a nice gentle focus, slow her breath down, soften your facial muscles, take a nice deep long breath, as you exhale, exhale out completely. Starting your practice, any yoga practice, it's very important to center, relax, and come into the moment as you breath, she withdraws and slide amount of energy, as she exhales, all the tightness, all the tensions relaxes, deep long inhales, long complete exhales.
