Wow! Great presentation, lovely recipe, and now I'm hungry for it! And Victoria is a warm-hearted, gracious cooking host. Why isn't she on Food Channel or PBS?

Conclusion to Greek Fish Plaki

VICTORIA GUTAVAS: It's been great sharing the making of this fabulous meal with you. My Grandmother [PH] Fortini would be really, really proud of me. And what I'd like to do is say, "Yasas" and "kali orexi," which means "thank you very much" and "good appetite." And every time we eat a meal in Greece, we toast to each other and we say "kali orexi." So I wish you kali orexi for all your meals and I hope that you'll join me again.
