VICTORIA GUTAVAS: I want to talk to you a little bit about if in the event that you possibly have any leftovers, which I doubt that you will, but it's also really good to know how to store this and reheat it because various foods takes different types of ways of doing it. So any of these pieces of fish can be stored individually in a little Tupperware container with a re-sealable lid onto itself. Airtight is probably the best way to go. The other thing would be, once it is stored away, to actually reheat it the next day. The flavors will all meld together so don't worry about how that's going to taste once it's reheated because it's wonderful. Put on an actual dish itself and cover it with a piece of a napkin actually so it doesn't spray all over the place. It can be put in the microwave for a couple of minutes. Heat it up until your--to taste. A couple of minutes should do, these fillets are pretty thick so I would say a couple of minutes--not more than two minutes--will work really nicely. If you wanted to put it back into the oven, they can be put back into the oven about 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. The meal will be heated completely through again, and you'll be able to enjoy it once again as a second leftover meal.
