VICTORIA GUTAVAS: The recipe we're making today is fish plaki. It's a wonderful recipe that actually originated on a small island in Greece called Kefalonia. I actually grew up with this recipe, and it's my pleasure to share it with you today. My Great-grandmother [PH] Fortini actually learned it from her mother who I was named after, Victoria. So I'd like to show you a little bit about this absolutely fabulous recipe. It's really easy and really healthy. It has wonderful white fillet fish, cut-up potatoes, onions, raisins, a few parsley flakes, and it's baked together in a rich tomato and olive oil sauce. It's so simple to make, and I know you're really going to enjoy it. So stay tuned with us as we go step by step in showing you how to make this really easy and deliciously healthful meal.
