Hi, this is Mara Keith-Hunter for Expert Village. Today we would be talking about how to groom a horse. After riding especially if you have done a strenuous workout or a jump, sometimes it is nice to rub there legs down with either a rubbing alcohol or a ligament. What we are going to do is we are just going to really focus on this area between his knee and is fetlock. So just around his cannon bone. We are going to spray it and then rub it in so you really stimulate the muscles and stimulate his leg, his ligaments. Then we also want to make sure that you get the inside of his leg and once again, just really rubbing it in stimulating those muscles. We are going to do this on all four of his legs. If your horse tends to get sore in different parts of his leg, then you can certainly work on those areas as well. But for the most part we are just going to focus on these main areas.
