Hi! This is Dave from expertvillage.com. We’re finishing up our jambalaya now. Now, we’re going to add a couple of more ingredients to it. These are towards the end. So, you would like to…your diced chicken from before, so you just want to add that right in. Now, this is going to take all probably 15-20 minutes to cook. You be the judge, it depends on the size of dice that you have made these. Again, we would probably add more chicken to this for a 100 people, but you get the idea. So, just stir that in and then you want to bring that back up to a simmer and let that go, and again this is going to be a jambalaya that has a lot of ingredients in it, you can also add if you wanted to, you could add oysters to this, anything you would like, I imagine calamari would be fine in here too—whatever you have—that is the idea of Cajun cooking, is whatever you have got in the refrigerator can go in here.
