How to Walk & Do Popping Moves

Hello ladies and gentlemen I'm Jon Coker, better know on the stage as Flo Motion, and I'm representing Animotion Entertainment. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you the basics of a dance style called Popping. Our next step, we're going to add some little tricks and movement steps. What I want you to think about is just something that you do on a normal day basis. Combing your hair or walking down the street, or something like that. I'm going to do walking down the street and I want you to see how popping can be incorporated. I just want you to get use to throwing those one counts in there. Even two counts, just walking down the street. Alright? We're going to start on this side, right here, and what we're going to do is just walk. Just walk like we're walking down the street. Ready? On counts of one, ready? Five, six, seven, eight. One, two. One, two. One, two. One, two. One, two. You get the idea? Alright we're going to do it going back, Ready? This is one counts now, Ready? Five, six, seven, eight. One, one, one, one, one, one, one, one. Alright? Once you get detailed and advanced in everything, you can start throwing in the slides and moonwalks and all that. That comes later.
