"CALAB LABARDA: Alright, another really cool combo we're going to be learning is your thumb over the wrist, over the back, into the air while moving the other nunchuck. Okay. Now, we've already done this with a single nunchuck, doing one, two, three, okay. Now, it's important to keep both nunchucks moving. Okay. Come across. You can see how I still continue moving both nunchucks without stopping. Down, all the way to a catch, okay, or just keep it going. So, let's go and break that down. Come across, one, two and three, and I still caught it, alright. Try it again. Ready? From here, come across, one, okay, two, come underneath the arm, throw, three. And we'll just go to the catch right now. Okay, now as I'm doing this one, now keep an eye on my left hand, okay? I'm going to still go up and down, but instead of just doing that till it gets boring, I am going to throw a few L's every once in a while. Here, one, come across, two, three. See that? Watch my left hand again. One, oh, one more time, ready, one, hit down L from here, two, down, all the way to that, okay, and then going through all your strikes. Alright, now that's going to be real cool combo to learn. It looks really good in your form, but it takes a lot of practice."
