Spreading the Oil to Make a Savory Crepe

Hi! I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. My name is Johnny and I'm working here at Greenhouse Effect. I'll be showing you how to prepare the savory crepes right now. I'll get into more detail on how to spread the batter. Of course, you have to oil this up again. In between each crepe I have to do that, because every crepe you make it'll pull out some of the oil and just make it sticky again. Four pumps. Put that back there. How I'm spreading this is I'm using my fingers. Just lightly holding it, let it slide around my fingertip, and using my wrist to take it around. You don't want to push down too hard, or else it'll rip into the crepe and tear it in half. Make sure you have everything spread out nice and evenly. Put that back in the water. That's how you spread it.
