How to Cook Crepes

I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. My name is Johnny and I work here at the Greenhouse Effect. If you look here, we've already got crepes started. This tool right here is just a spatula. Make sure you don't burn your fingers. How to make sure the crepe is ready, flip it over a bit like this to see if it's nice golden brown. It looks like it's ready. Flip it. Take the ladle and spread it around like this. Lift it up, take it to one side, and just lay it back out. If it gets a little crispy before you flip it the first time, usually when you flip it over the second time, usually the moisture from the rising steam will soften it up again. Since this is a sweet crepe, we have to make sure it's nice and soft. There it is.
