The next exercise I’m going to demonstrate for you is a standing arm curl. You must adjust the pad, the chest pad, the ab pad so that it is right below your chest so that your abs can come up against the pad. Keeping your feet on the floor, you may need to reach down, grab a hold of the bar come back to standing, adjust the bar. Your hand should be on the bar so that your elbows and your wrists are in one line abs are tight, press your feet firmly on the floor because this is going to take a lot of balance on your part. So make sure that your abs are engaged, you are working the muscles in your legs shoulders down away from your ears and inhale as you lower and exhale as you lift… perfect… inhale lower and exhale lift. Make sure you fully extend the arms without locking the elbows, exhale lift… perfect… inhale, exhale.
