Cooking Utensils Needed for Making Crepes

Hi! My name is Johnny. I'm here on behalf of Expert Village here at our coffee shop, Greenhouse Effect. I'm going to show you how to get a crepe started. Here's a special crepe grill you can get for about 60-200 dollars. We have it set at about 350 temperature. Right here, you see our special crepe spreading tool. Usually you can use a ladle if you don't have one of these to spread it around. That way we can oil up the grill. Make sure the crepe doesn't stick to the grill. This right here is where we cook our savory crepes, a conventional oven. It cooks them to a certain point. It gets all the way through. You always have to have a timer. The other thing you have to do is you have to keep your station really clean, or else things will get messed up. Pieces of old crepe will get into the new crepe. You always have to have a tool to scrape off the crepe and make sure and get it all off. Here's the pump. Usually you can fill it up with crepe batter and put as many pumps as you want. Usually, we only need about 4. This is all the instruments you might need for a crepe.
