How to Mix the Crepe Batter

On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Bill Kosmas. I'm here to show you how to make a batter for crepes. I'm the owner of Greenhouse Effect. It's an easy way to make a crepe batter. We'll start with a gallon of milk. We'll put in the mixer. This is a quantity that I make a for a large amount of crepes. We'll put it here and start mixing it slowly because you don't want your bowl to start getting over full. Then I'll take 4 scoops of white flour and I'll pour it in slowly so it will not get all plugged up as the mixer turns. That way it'll be nice and smooth. Let the mixer do its job. No need to rush it. Once the milk and the flour gets together, then we have to put the other ingredients in it. They have to be items. They'll make the crepe nice and fresh.
