How to Add Yogurt to Marinade for Tandoori Fish

ALLAN DIWAN: Hi, my name is Allan Diwan. I'm the chef and owner of Kashmir Restaurant, a Kashmir-Indian restaurant in Budapest. We are here on behalf of Expert Village. We're going to prepare a red snapper in a tandoori sauce. And to this, we are going to add some yogurt. And of course, we added some salt already, but I think it needs slightly a little bit more salt in it. So this is almost like a nice tandoori paste, and if you don't have a tandoori oven at home, you can either pan-fry this fish or you can either directly put it in the oven and cook it directly in the oven. But--this is a very nice tandoori paste. You don't have to go and buy. It usually takes a few minutes. If you got all the ingredients, it takes a few minutes, and it's heavenly with a very nice flavor.
