How to Use the Internet on an iPhone

One of the most beautiful features about the iPhone is the Internet feature. This uses Safari, which is part of Mac osx; it's a web browser. This actually has the real Internet; this doesn't use the WAP signals that are part of your cell phones. It's actually real text, real video, real pictures, real everything; it's the real Internet. If everything is set up on your phone, what we want to do is click Safari, the little compass icon on the bottom. It will actually bring up the last page you were on. In this instance, we have our Yahoo weather stuff. We can click our bookmarks. Once that's clicked, we can pick whatever we want to look for. For instance, let's just go to MySpace. We'll click MySpace, and this will load MySpace for us. Here we are in MySpace, and right now, you can see the entire page. Let's just say that you want to zoom in to a specific section. Just like the photos, you can click and start stretching out. It will take a second, you'll actually see it blurry for a second, and then it will load crystal clear. Now we can see the previews for upcoming movies and tv shows, anything else. If you want to zoom in you can zoom in, or zoom out if you want to see the entire page. This is great if you're going to some type of new site and you just want to read articles or whatnot. This is a great way to go through the Internet. If you want to go from page to page, windows that you may have had open, you'll click the right button on the bottom. It will have a little number of how many pages you may have had open. Right now you can scroll across. We'll click this one right here. This is my page, childhoodproductions.com. I want to zoom in, and we can see these are actual video clips that I have on my website. I'm going to pick the demo reel, which is on the bottom right. I'm going to scroll over, and this orange one right here, I'm going to double click that. It will open in a new window, and this will play my demo reel. This is another great feature of the iPhone; just like the Internet, it will actually play everything real time and off the internet. We can turn the phone sideways; we'll justify it for horizontal. That's enough of that; if you want to check it out you can go on the web site yourself. Once that's done we'll pause it, flip it back over, I'll straighten it out here for you, and we'll go back to another page. We'll exit out of this. We'll click done on the top, and on the bottom right we'll click this again, and now we can scroll through any other pages that may have been open, for instance, MySpace. Everybody knows how to use the Internet; If you're going to be using the iPhone, this is the ultimate Mobil way to surf the web. Check it out, go ahead and explore. Once you're done click the menu button. It will take us back to the main menu, and we're all done.
