How to Use an iPhone Calendar

Okay. Now, I'm going to talk a little bit about how to use the calendar. So, the second icon the top, the little red has the 16 there right now, you go ahead and click that one, that's your calendar. We'll click it and it loads the calendar up. So, here we are, of course, February 16, I'm actually shooting this. So, I know that I'm going to be doing something on March 4 --I'm actually taking a trip to California. So, what I did was I scrolled over on the top and moved over to March. I'll go ahead and click the 4th, and then the plus button. It loads it up; I'll decide what I'm going to be doing, which in this case the title is California trip. Go ahead and click save. And there's a bunch of other details you can put here -- if I actually had my flight information and what not, I could type all of that in here too -- the times I'm going to be leaving, the times I'm going to be coming back. If the actual trip is going to be reoccurring, if I actually want an alert, whatever it is. But for now, I?m just going to save just the trip so I have it notified, saved in my book, go ahead and click done. So, now as you can see, there's a little dot underneath the four. That's actually a reminder that shows that I actually have an event there. So, we'll go (you can go ahead) and like I said if you want to go through different months we can see this by month; we can see it by the day; we can see it by things we have to do -- we'll go back to days so you can see that. So, this is everything I'd have to do on April 1, which of course I don't have anything booked right now. And then of course, back to today, and it'll bring us here. And then once you're done, everything is saved (I'll go back to month), once everything is saved, you'll click the menu button. We'll go back to the main screen and that's the way you save things in your calendar.
