ALLEN DIWAN: Hi, my name is Allen Diwan, and I'm the chef and owner of Kashmir Indian Restaurant in Budapest, we're here on behalf of Expert Village. And the next dish we're going to make is pilau rice. We're going to make pilau rice with green peas. So, the rice has been steaming for about fifteen minutes. Now, we're going to take it off the heat. And this is the most interesting part. You know everybody gets excited before taking off the lid. As soon as you take off the lid, the steam is going to come out and release beautiful aroma of the rice. And we're going to shake, stir the rice once. And you can see that the rice has been cooked perfectly. The aroma is just beautiful, and all the rice is separate. And this is perfectly cooked pilau rice. Let's serve the pilau rice. So, there you have it pilau rice. And I'm just going to put some coriander leaves on top of that. Perfectly cooked pilau rice with peas, enjoy. You want to taste it?
