And the next dish we're going to make is pilau rice. We're going to make pilau rice with green peas. I'm going to take my damp cloth and keep it in my hand. Take the lid and cover the lid with the damp cloth. So, there we have it. Make sure that the cloth is sitting properly on the lid. Put the lid back, and let it steam for about 15 minutes on a very low heat. And after that, our rice will be ready.
