And the next dish we're going to make is pilau rice. We're going to make Pilau Rice with Green Peas. I'm going to add the spices, the cumin seeds and as I'm adding the seeds, they already start to crackle--black peppers. And if this crackling is not there, then this is not--it's not right and just make sure that the oil is hot enough. Add about--we added the mace and now we add about one star anise, some cloves, about two to three bay leaves, one cinnamon stick, about two black cardamom and a few green cardamom.
