Hello my name is Duane Carter and on behalf of expertvillage.com I'm talking to you today about writing for A Capella on ensemble. So far we've been considering music in the A Capella's style from a European prospective. However when music made its way to America it continue to develop and one of the most important developments was the music that was brought to America by the African slaves along with them came with there came there strong sense of rhythm. There syncopation was so much apart of what they did. This became incorporated to the musical style that would develop in America.
