So what's in it for you, providing great customer to people who are bringing their business to you? Well think about it from two different points of view. As a company point of view, again that increased value, that continued loyalty of the customer is very important. Again, profitability of the business does depend on that customer. Now what is in it for you as an employee of that company. Well if you think about job security, you want your company to do well. You want to have a lot of profitability and you want to be able to share in that so customer does start with you. Every time you deal with a customer just think about how maintaining their loyalty not only profits the business but you as individual who is involved with that business as well.
