Let me discuss with you a little bit about the proper use of a fax machine. Of course people that will have a fax machine most likely know how to use your fax machine. Just in case or your new to fax machines this is a quick recap on how to use them. So this is a basic fax machine right here it is actually is a thermo paper feed so it's not regular paper. It actually comes in rolls and that is how it would print out the fax which ever you receive. So of course it is your standard phone you do have your phone numbers that you go ahead and dial away. You can use as your regular phone we do have stuff on speed dial if we need to, stop if you want to stop transmissions. Help will print out, press that it will print out the how to for your fax machine. Every single fax machine I have used will have this feature build in the memory inside of the phone itself, it will print out the directions on how to do stuff. So that's printing we'll just go ahead with some other stuff. Start if you are going to manually start a fax whether you are receiving or sending. Under your reception mood on this phone we can turn the fax machine off and just have the via phone, we can change multiple functions. We can change the resolution on the screen, we can put our ringer volume up or down, it's actually printing right now you won't be able to hear it. But of course that is just to adjust the actual sound so here is the way that it would print out. Like I said it's just comes out in a complete feed just like this off of the roll, excuse me but we'll let that continue to go. Let's say you want to fax something one of the main things, now that this is done let me show you, with this I'll just tear it. Go ahead and pull up at an angle and this is our fax that we just received, actually from the phone itself. It's just showing us on how to do specific things. So let's say we want to send a fax and like I mentioned on most units that I have seen the faxing will be as such. So I will put my little guard up to hold up my paper and here's my printed paper that I want to send off. So what you will do is put the printed side down and you'll place it till you feel a little bit of resistance and it will grab. If you heard that it actually sucks it in, on the LCD right here it actually tells me that it's ready to send. So I can go ahead and type in whatever number I need to type in. For instance, I'm in the Tampa Bay area I will hit like 813 and for Hollywood purpose we'll say 555 and then whatever 1234. So once the number is in place you can see it on the screen and we'll go ahead and press start. Once you hit start it will call the number on the display it will say that it's calling, once the person or machine itself has picked up it will say sending. When it's sending it will suck the paper completely through you will hear make all this noise, it will spit the paper back out at the very end and it will tell if the transmission has been complete. So that's the basics usage of the fax machine, another feature on most fax machines it will have a copy feature. So let's just say if you want to copy something very quick whether something we had signed or we needed somebody just a copy of something you can go ahead and click copy. It will actually pull the paper through excuse me let's get rid of the number real quick, no more number, we'll just hit copy and it will suck the paper through. It will actually make a photo copy of whatever paper that you have again cause this is a thermo feed it will just print it up on this thermo paper down here. So that is pretty much it and the basic use of a fax machine for your home and home business like I'm using here.
