Stepping in for me to talk a little about the coffeemakers is my personal coffee guru' Ms. Leslie Mosel. Ok, as you can see here we have actually two different types of coffee makers. One is specifically a espresso maker and the other one is just your standard coffee maker that most people have at home. This one I actually use on a daily basis so there are quite a few settings that come along with this coffee maker. Of course, all coffee makers do have water levels shown. This one is really nice because as you pour in the water you can actually see where the level is and I'll talk about that a little bit more later when I tell you actually the best way to use your coffee maker to make really good tasting coffee. This coffee maker I really like, it actually has the time setting as you can see here digitally on the front of the coffee maker, and it's 3:30 PM, AM is a really good thing to make sure that's correct because this actually has the option to delay brewing. There's an on/off switch and if you're going to brew coffee you're just going to hit on and the green lights going to go on. I don't actually have any water or coffee in the machine right now so it's not actually going to show the coffee brewing, but, if you want to set your coffee to brew, say for the next morning, you can prepare the coffee, fill it up with water, put the coffee in the machine. Here it's in the very top, and you could see inside the coffee maker there's actually a spot to pour the water in and then the actual holder for the filter comes out, which is really great for cleaning because you can actually clean out the filter area and make sure that your coffee is tasting fresh everyday. But this one just takes the standard filter that you see for most coffee pots and it just slides back in, and you want to make sure it's in the right spot and you want to make sure that the dispenser that the water comes out of is actually directly over the coffee. When you put your filter in here, and you actually put your coffee in there, say you put four scoops of coffee you can either put four or four and a half cups of water which will be shown here. Depending on how strong you like your coffee, I like to cheat a little bit, if I put four scoops I put four and a half cups of water, that way its not to strong and it usually helps with the flavor. But you want to make sure that your funnel is directly over your coffee grounds so that it doesn't spill over, because sometimes with machines like this if its not perfectly placed inside the coffee maker you can have an accident like I did this morning where the filter spilled over, and then it just got clogged and filled up entirely with water and coffee grounds and did not do a very good job brewing coffee. But, if you want to go ahead and prepare that the night before, you go ahead and put your filter, your coffee, fill it up with water and you come down here and there's actually a set delay button, right next to your hour and minute button. You're going to hold the set delay button, this is very similar to your alarm clock, you hold the set delay, and your hour will show, say you wake up at seven; and you want your coffee to begin brewing you say set delay to seven o' clock, and then you hit delay brew and you can see just like an alarm clock, your alarm will go off or your coffee will begin to brew at seven o' clock. And if you want to cancel that, all you do here is press off and it'll cancel it. Or you can just use it as a regular coffee machine and press on and it will begin brewing, once you've prepared everything that you need to prepare.
