How to Wear a Scarf Over a Dress

Hello my name is Denise Robinson and on behalf of Expert Village.com, I am here to talk about tips and techniques on how to tie and wear scarves. As you see our model Danielle has on just a regular turtle neck sweater dress. She is going to take a large scarf and tie it just on her hips and let it drape. The fringe is hanging and gives a look like that. I can take this same scarf and maybe drape it a little lower and tie it a little tighter here which gives the illusion that you have a skirt on with this dress. So that is a way you can wear just a regular light weight wool scarf and make it look either a short dress or an accent hip wear.
