CHRISTINA HAGGERTY: Okay, so the next step that we're going to do is called "Crossovers." It starts--it always has to start from an open position, and I'll take it from the basic, one, two, three, four, and five, six, seven, starts to the back, two , three, four, and five, six, seven, eight, and one, two, three, four, and five, six, seven, eight. Now, we'll break it down. So out of the basic two, three, four, and five, six, seven, eight, now on eight I'm actually starting just a little bit to hint that we're coming into the step. I'm opening my shoulders a little bit. I'm starting to let go with my right, her left. So the right hand from the left hand starts separating and it's the left, the leader's left hand that really leads this forward, two, you noticed? Again, the whole thing starts on eight, one, two, three, and then there's your Cha-cha-cha facing each other again. So again, some further details. Notice our free hand, what it's doing? It's pushing out. How does that happen? I actually bring it in to go out and leaders, some leaders, they all do it different, pay attention and there's a lot--some guys do it without, some do it with more hand. So you can have your own style on that. But it does definitely go out, make it big. If you noticed Miriam's hand, she's putting a little bit more wrist and turning it out, and she also has her fingers very placed. So again, lead starts on eight, one, two, we come back, three. We go forward, we come back. We do our Cha-cha-cha facing each other. And now, I lead with the right and we do the opposite. Push through, Cha-cha-cha and now notice, what I'm doing to lead out of this is my last step, step, step. The one of my Cha-cha-cha, I'm going to step it forward. If we were to continue these, I would just continue step inside, Cha-cha-cha, step, Cha-cha-cha. And now, watch the lead out of it. I go Cha-cha-cha, and that forward step gives an indication through her arms that she could feel resisting. We're coming back into our basic step.
