Where to Buy Windshield Repair Tools

Hi, I'm Heath Heine with Clearview Windshield Repair here on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip we are going to be talking about tool acquisition. Now you are probably wondering where you can get some of these tools. I actually like to purchase them on line. There are several different suppliers on line that you can find. Just type in windshield repair tools. You will expect to pay about $300 for a bridge and it also comes with a piston and you will find the drill that is needed along with a carbide bit. Now the drill will probably run you about $50. These bits are actually about a buck a piece so if you buy 10, it is going to be $10. For the torch, you will probably pay about $70. Cellophane patches are used to resurface the glass and the cellophane patches will usually cost you about $5 for around a 100. Glass cleaner if you are buying by the can, you will probably pay about $2, 3 or 4 but you can also just get some liquid that you can put in a squirt bottle. Some of your resins, they can only be purchased from your windshield repair company suppliers. You can buy them in bulk or you can buy them in each, I believe these are 25 milliliters and they can usually be purchased for $25 for this 25 milliliter and $25 on this 25 milliliters. As far as your probes, there are different types of probes that you are going to get. This one ran about $10. You can get others for about up to $20 a piece. Obviously razor blades can be found anywhere at local hardware stores and things of that nature and I actually just like to use this little holder for the razor blade and those are only about $2.
