Hi my name is Lauren and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you how to achieve various styles through using regular braids. Another way you can do braids in your hair is actually by having them almost like your falling out braids. Very loose. Adds a little bit, it's a little bit of a different style, you can do as many as you want. You can actually leave some of your hair out and just do some loose braids. How you do that is you just grab random sections throughout your hair. Like these sections aren't actually next to each other and that's kind of what I want because I want it to be loose. I want the hair to kind of look as if it's a little bit further away. So I grab three sections randomly and then I'm gonna go through. Very, very little tension here. You really just want the hair to kind of overlay. And you're gonna go from side to side and you're gonna kind of create a bit of a looser braid. Now what you can do, in order to stay with that bit of a looseness, is grab other sections and start intertwining them. It's almost like a French braid but it's not as intricate, it's not as hard as a French braid would be. You're doing the same concept by adding those pieces of hair in but you're not looking to grab and have so much tension, but you can see how it adds to the look. And it's really something that can just kind of overlay your hair. If you did something and if you curled your hair the night before using braids you can do something like this in order to just kind of add to your style. After you achieve that loose braid and you kind of have that little tension on it, you can tie it off. I would recommend using one of the smaller rubber bands. These come in clear, they come in black and they also come in like colors of your hair. So you can actually get them in various colors so that way they're not even noticeable in your hair. Once you kind of have that loose braid in your hair, you can even take a pin and kind of style with it. You can lift, and I recommend kind of lifting like that. And kind of pull down. Gives kind of a separated look. Kind of, you can turn it in to kind of an up do. It looks a little more intricate and a little bit piecier. You can do this throughout your entire head. And what it would really do is just kind of give you a very soft, simple and romantic look. Without having to go through a lot of time and a lot of money in order to get it. And if you need to, in order to keep the hold, you can kind of go through and lock your bobby pins by criss-crossing them. The more you add them to the more you kind of piece it out. The better off it'll be. You're also gonna want to have a hand mirror. Hand mirrors are really great for when you're trying to do your own up dos so that way you can look and actually see the back of your head and you can see where you're placing them and exactly how they're coming out. Now if she wanted to, she can leave this and just piece like another piece. You want to just turn. And you can see the way that it looks from the front. That it's just kind of soft and elegant and you can even leave these pieces kind of coming down or you can bring them over and create a very soft, elegant look by doing not much at all.
