CHRISTIE OWNES: Hi, my name is Christie and I'm with Expert Village. And I'm teaching you proper care of fish today and a little bit about the different types of fish. And now, we're going to talk about a few more species of fish that are out on the fish market available which are the fancy tail guppies that I have here in these few tanks. This fish can be taken to Germany, they can go to Russia and other countries to be put into fish shows. You can win first prize ribbons as well as fifty or more dollars on these fish and they do ship them back but it does stress the fish out a bit. On my end of showing fish, I do not do that just because it's a little bit more involved than I have time for. But I did breed these fish and sell them back to different pet stores that sell fancy guppies. These guppies being show quality are a lot nicer guppy and a lot more better fish than the regular fancy guppies than you see at pet stores that come from Singapore. They're used to daily water changes and do not live very well here on our waters. These fish were bred here local and then [INDISCERNIBLE] in the sea which they're used to water changes once a week. It's easy, unless you get fish that are bred in your local area because they do better. Yes, you can mix these fish together with other guppies but in doing this, they are going to cross breed with colors and produce another guppy species. Who knows, maybe you might introduce a new color to the market that some people try to do. Maybe one of these days, I'll try to attempt that, once I get a little bit more better just keeping one color species alive as it is.
