Dove Wing Form in Water Tai Chi

Hi, I am Julie Andrews and welcome to Expert Village. In this clip, we will learn dove wing. Another way to just breath, relax and move our arms. We put the right hand on the belly or just below the belly button. The left wrist on top of the right wrist. And then we just raise our right hand, giving the left hand a ride. Then we turn the palms in. We twist the wrists. Turn the palms out. Separate the hands and bring them back down to where the started simulating a wing. Inhale and lift. Exhale and return. Inhale, lift up. Turn the wings. Exhale and come down. One last time. Inhale, fill the belly. Exhale, empty the belly.
