Breathing Guidelines for Water Tai Chi

Hi, I am Julie Andrews and welcome to Expert Village. First thing we will talk about is Tai Chi breathing. When we inhale, go ahead and put your hands right on your lower belly, when you inhale, I want you to feel as if your lower belly is a balloon and I want you to fill it up as you inhale. As you exhale, let your belly empty. So we fill as we inhale. We empty as we exhale. On the exhale, draw you belly button in towards your spine. Inhale and fill, exhale and empty.
