Attach Grass for Mushroom Incense Burner

Hi, I'm Melina and welcome to Expert Village. Today we are going to make a beautiful mushroom and butterfly incense burner out of polymer clay. In this next step we are going to attach the grass to the stem of the mushroom. So we're going to take our poking device and we're just going to do a few little cross-hatches down at the bottom, and then we're going to add some glue. We are very carefully going to go around our mushroom stem. And this grass is optional. You don't have to do this. The mushroom will look fine without it. I think it's a nice touch. And you can take some of the pieces and you can curl them forward, twist them around, make them a little interesting.
