What is Pattern Juggling?

EMIL LAMPRECHT: Now, in the previous four balls series, I introduced you four balls, some of the different base patterns you can do, and also some drills and pretty exciting tricks to get you started on. In this series, we're going to back it down just a little bit, and I'm going to actually show you some of the tricks you can do exclusively from a sync fountain pattern. We'll then move into other things like multiplexes, a four-ball shower pattern, and variations within both of those things. On just an average regular note, make sure you have four objects of the same weight and size, it really does help and in all of these tricks, always remember your basics about postures, stance, balance, et cetera, which just help with negotiating the pattern. Short control runs are also a great thing to remember.
