How to Do Side to Side Cumbia Dance Steps

This is another basic cumbia step and this step goes side to side. It starts out just as easy as this. Step right, come together, right, foot slightly slides in, and then you're going to left, together, left, right, together, right, left, together, left. Notice there's a pause. I'm stepping 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Let's try it a little faster. It goes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. That's the basic side cumbia step.
