DJ Scratching Tips

Hi everybody, welcome to Expert Village. I'm DJ Shy and I would like to recap on some of the basic scratches that we have just learned. We will start off by going over simple slow beat, okay and now this is the basic scratch, crossfader in the middle, just back and forth. Now we're going to do the stab. That's a stab. Now we are going to do the trans....the chirp. Now you would want to do those basic scratches over and over and over again to a slow beat and gradually when you get better and better, you want to speed up your instrumental and do it faster, faster and faster. So that is just a recap of some of the basic scratches.
