How to Play the Third Part of "Karma Police" on the Guitar

JOE WILES: In this segment, we're taking a look at the third part of "Karma Police" by Radiohead. Hopefully, you've memorized the chords. You've practiced that second segment progression a bit. And now, we're going to take a look at the second half of the introduction. The second half of the introduction--excuse me, we'll start that again. Thanks. To review, the first half of the song starts like this. The next half of the introduction starts with an A minor chord, then a D major chord, a G chord, hit the 2nd fret of your low E string, then the play the C major chord, then hit the 2nd fret of your a string, the A minor chord for four counts, one, two, three, four. Then, that one B minor chord comes in, and then, the D major chord. I'm going to play that series slowly for you. What you might want to between this segment and the last is write down the chord progression as I go through it so you have something you can refer to on paper. This second half, slowly, sounds like this. Now, let's tie that part in with the first half. It sounds like this, and tie it in. And if you would like to play to speed, that song, the introduction sounds like this. And that about wraps up the first half of our video series on the top 80 most downloaded guitar tabs on the internet. In the next video series, we're going to count down from 40 to 21. And I hope you'll join me.
