Hi! I am Dr. Adrienne Mulligan, I am the owner of Camp Verde Veterinary Clinic, and I am here today on behalf of expertvillage.com. I am here to speak to you about breeding cats. Essentially there are two types of breeding cats. One type is breeding your purebred cats for a living or a hobby, and the other is sort of the accidental type that happens when a cat shows up on your door step and she is already pregnant, or perhaps you have a young kitten and you don’t know what to expect in terms of when she will become ready to have kittens; and then she goes out catting around before you are ready, and then she comes home pregnant and you didn’t see it coming. So you have a couple of ways that can happen, and for few minutes I would like to talk about the latter of those two scenarios.
