How to do the Double Cross Snatch When Juggling Cigar Boxes

EMIL LAMPRECHT: The last trick I'm going to show you in this series is called the double cross snatch. All the tricks leading up to this one will help. That's the double cross snatch. Now, there's a lot of dynamic. It's very important that you have a nice, big, even release so that the center box stays straight. If the center box skews it all, it's going to be very hard at the speed your arms are moving to come around and clamp it properly. The other thing to take note of is as you're snatching, snatch with an outward motion, not straight down or in by the time you make contact with the boxes. If you do, you're very likely to tip the center box with the pressure of snatching the outside box so that it goes like this or even like this, again, making it hard. You have to move very quick to get around to this. All your reverse catch work will help with adjusting the grip, including your separations in, you know, separating the outside boxes from the center one. Give it a shot. If you can-if you can nail most of the other tricks, then good luck learning more.
