Biodiesel Use: What to Expect

CRAYDON BLAIR: Hi, my name is Craydon Blair from Utah Biodiesel Supply and on behalf of Expert Village, we're going to be talking today about biodiesel. Biodiesel is a renewable fuel that can be made from waste vegetable oil from your local McDonalds or out of brand new oils, Terrell, lard or lye. Biodiesel is incredibly easy to make. You can make it as simple as baking a cake. We'll going to go through some of that today. We're going to talk about the advantages of making biodiesel, the disadvantages, how you can easily get started making it, and how you can be quickly saving money to power your diesel vehicle. Biodiesel is incredibly simple to use. It's incredibly safe to use. And, in fact, it's even edible, which is very weird, but you can actually drink the fuel that you're going to put in your vehicle. As you're driving the road, in fact, it might have the disadvantage of kinda making you hungry because it smells like waste vegetable oil and it smells like Burger King as you're travelling. Biodiesel is a great vehicle to enjoy the environment with, to get around with, and also to power your vehicle with.
