Tearing Sides Off Triangle for Origami Bird of Paradise

Now that you have your triangle laid out, what you are going to have to do is tear the sides off now. If you look down here you can see that I have already have them laid out and creased very very well. If it is creased really well, well it should just tear right off like so no big deal. Now if you want you can use scissors or whatever but this is where your main shape is coming from that we are going to use for making the bird of paradise. Here we go. Now what we are going to do is we are going to do kind of like a modified fish base here. We are just going to take this guy here and fold them up like so. There we go, do the same thing over here on this side. There we go and our crease is down really well. Now we have started on our bird of paradise.
